All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following shipping options within South Africa:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check back for updates as we expand our shipping capabilities.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics) may cause delays. We are not liable for such delays but will notify you of any significant disruptions.
Shipping Rates
